GI WACAF is a partnership between the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and the International Petroleum Industry Environment Conservation Association (IPIECA) to enhance the capacity of countries to prepare for and respond to marine oil spills. Go Media developed this internet based application which includes a document management system, an interactive web based GIS (Geographic Information Systems), customised graphs and on-the-fly PDF reporting.
